AWWEA SAS offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

Shape and decoration names included in this website are trademarks of this site (or otherwise protected. All rights reserved. This website and all of its contents are protected by copyright. No part of it may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise, without the written permission of this site.

Warranty Repair

For some products sold directly by our site and covered under a manufacturer warranty, you may have the option of having them repaired by a third-party repair service provider who is authorized by the manufacturer to repair their products.

If your item is eligible for repair, you'll have a repair option in the Online Return Center. You'll be able to send the item directly to the third-party repairer. See Send an Item for Repair to learn how to send an item to be repaired.

  • Shipping to the repair center is free.
  • Return shipping is free if your item is covered under the warranty.
  • Return shipping is also free if you decide not to have a third-party repair your item at a charge and it is not covered under the warranty.
  • hen the third-party repairer receives your item, you'll receive a confirmation e-mail. The item will be inspected and the issue diagnosed. If the defect is covered by the manufacturer warranty, the item will be repaired free of charge and returned to you.
  • Repairs usually take up to 10 business days (including delivery time), but may take slightly longer.
  • If the problem isn't covered by the manufacturer warranty, or if the warranty has been voided (e.g., the item has been accidentally damaged), you'll be contacted by the repairer with a repair estimate.
  • You can decide whether to ask the repairer to proceed with the repair at an additional cost, or have the item returned to you free of charge. Payment for such repairs, including any applicable delivery charges, will have to be made directly to the repairer.
  • You can check the status of your repair by following the instructions in the repair confirmation email you receive or via the website below, once one business day has passed since the creation of your label.

Send an Item for Repair (Warranty)

If your item is eligible for repair, you'll have a repair option in the Online Return Center. You'll be able to send the item directly to the third-party repairer. See Send an Item for Repair to learn how to send an item to be repaired.

  • Go to the Online Returns Center.
  • Select Return Items to display your recent orders.
  • Choose items to return and click on Return or replace items.
  • Select Defective / Does not work properly in the Why are you returning this? drop-down menu. If your item is eligible for repair, you'll be offered this as an option.
  • Describe what wrong with the item in the Comments section and click Continue. The repair team will be able to diagnose and fix the problem faster if you provide as much detail as possible. If a repair is possible, you'll be offered it here. If you aren't offered a repair, it isn't available for your item.
  • Select the address where the repairer should return the item. Note: By submitting your item for repair, you consent to us and the repair team using your contact details in this way only as required in connection with the repair service.
  • Print out the label and follow all handling and packaging instructions.

Before sending the item, remove any passwords or security features from your device and back up any data you want to keep. Data may be deleted during the repair process. Be sure to include any accessories (batteries, chargers, etc.) that came with your item. Package the item as securely as possible.

Technical Support

To help you troubleshoot any issues, our site offers free technical support over the phone and in-home services for eligible products.

We want you to enjoy your new purchase and take full advantage of its features. To help you troubleshoot your issues, our technicians will use the latest authorized manufacturer tools to troubleshoot issues. If the tool does not resolve the issue and your product is eligible for in-home service, we will schedule in-home repair to be performed by an authorized technician. You will then work directly with the third-party repair service provider to repair your product. Please note: our company does NOT perform any repairs.

You can reach our Technical Support team by contacting us and providing your order number. The order number allows the Technical Support team to review the order details and determine the exact model of the product. If you purchase the product as a gift, the person who receives the product can still use the Technical Support and in-home repair service. Just give the gift recipient the order number and have them contact us.
